Although we will make every effort to ensure your delivery experience exceed expectations, Sleepology has no control or influence over these third-party services and are not held liable for actions of such companies.
Sleepology cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as product lead times may vary depending on a number of variables not limited to: supply shortages, manufacturing capacity, labor shortages, transportation limitations, weather, etc.
Although we will make every effort to coordinate the delivery of all products on your order, Sleepology cannot guarantee all products will arrive on the same delivery or through the same carrier.
Any floor model or clearance product purchased will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pick up and deliver to the destination within the agreed upon time frame.
