Refund policy

All products are eligible for return if initiated before your order has been produced or shipped by the manufacturer. This varies by product, but typically occurs between 1-3 days after they receive your order.

Pillows, adjustable bases, sheets, linens, mattress protectors, and bed frames are not returnable after your order has been produced or shipped by the manufacturer.

Mattresses that do not qualify for the 100-Night Sleep Trial are not returnable after your order has been produced or shipped by the manufacturer.

Mattresses that are eligible for the 100-Night Sleep Trial may be exchanged as a one time courtesy after you have slept on the mattress for at minimum 40 nights and you have initiated the return before the 100th night. Product must be unstained and in near new condition.

Gift with purchases may not be returned for cash.

You are responsible for any product pick-up and delivery fees on returns and exchanges.

The dollar amount refunded will be net of gift with purchase received, transaction fees paid by Sleepology, financing fees incurred by Sleepology, and delivery fees paid for by Sleepology, as those items are paid to third parties by Sleepology and are not returnable or exchangeable.

Product warranty returns and exchanges are at the discretion of the manufacturer. More information on warranties can be found here.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In some cases, we may ask you to donate your mattress or product to a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity in lieu of returning it to the manufacturer. When this occurs, you are responsible for identifying, coordinating, and paying any applicable fees charged by the charity. Upon donating, you are responsible for sending a copy of your donation receipt to care@shopsleepology.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable or refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift with purchase received, transaction fees paid by Sleepology, financing fees incurred by Sleepology, and delivery fees paid for by Sleepology.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on floor samples or gift cards.

 perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
